The body shop technicians had done a great job on my car. And they even seemed to have had the car detailed on the outside of it. Customer service was superb too. I have no complaints whatsoever. Fast, simple and friendly.

My vehicle was recently repaired at Frankie's Auto Body and I'd highly recommend its services to others. Ricardo provided excellent customer service, keeping me updated during the repair process, and delivering my vehicle back washed and spotless on the day he promised. My vehicle was returned to me in like-new condition, and the pricing for repairs was more than reasonable!

I was rear ended in a Hyundai Sonata SEL 2023 and they fixed my rear bumper and fender making it look as if it never happened. The paint job was phenomenal and they gave my car a wash leaving it looking amazing. They also washed my rims as an added bonus. They used all original parts and the fought for me with insurance to get the money and make sure everything is situated. They did an amazing job and it all costed less than 5k.

I went from dealing with a hit and run in the morning to every aggravation that followed it. That all ended when I got to Frankie's. They got my car in quickly and were incredibly professional and reassuring they could take care of the damage. The work was completed in a few days and was incredible. My car looks as good as new. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

I would like to thank Frankie's Auto Body Shop for an EXCELLENT job they did on my Acura. They brought it back to life as if nothing happened! My car has a 3 stage pearl paint and they mixed and blended it to perfection! This is my 2nd time dealing with them and both times they gave nothing but excellent customer service! They most certainly know what they are doing! Thank you to all of the staff, both inside the shop and behind the desk. I highly recommend!

Hands down the best place to go to get your car repaired in the central jersey area. Super reliable staff and excellent customer service. I've brought my brand new BMW here any time I've had any issues and I have literally never been disappointed with how these guys handle business. Brought my 2018 Challenger with major hail dents on my hood, roof and body panels and needed the front bumper painted as well. After the job was finished I couldn’t even tell they were there before and the paint was blended perfectly. Customer service was great and job was perfect. I highly recommend this shop

From start to Finish! car was brand new and someone hit me in the back. One of the listed body shops was Frankies. I called and immediately spoke to someone and set up an appointment to look at damage. They called when parts came in, and scheduled a date to repair it. We picked up car and it was perfect. Very Organized, professional and great customer service. Honestly not too many businesses operate like this.

I’ve used Frankie’s Auto Body for all my fender benders and they provide superb service! The estimate is ready before I get there. They thoroughly explain what is getting done to my car and if there is anything else that needs to get done, there is constant communication. My car is always ready in timely fashion and it looks BRAND NEW! I will not go anywhere else!
